Transfer to Kodanad Elephant Rescue Centre. After a short interaction with the elephants and mahouts, you will begin cycling. The terrain is undulating, as you will cycle through paddy fields and spice plantations until you reach the boundary of the Thattekkad Bird Sanctuary. Traditional lunch will be served at Hornbill Camp. Thereafter we will kayak on the Periyar river, followed by a short transfer to Boothathankettu for a rainforest trek. Depart to Kochi.
